Sara Agnew
Sara is a holistic practitioner, advanced reflexologist, intuitive healer, Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ associate & therapist, teacher and mentor. Her mission is to help you develop a loving relationship with your body, create space for healing and connection and to empower you to be your true authentic self. She began her journey supporting one-to-one clients at the age of 16 and has since then seen her practice evolve into a nurturing and supportive space for women to allow themselves to heal. Her time is spent supporting clients one to one, teaching and hosting women’s circles & gatherings.
With years of experience, she has studied many different healing modalities and techniques. At the age of 19, she trained with Clare Spink in Womb and Fertility Massage Therapy. This was a truly transformative experience that empowered her to begin the healing of her own womb and menstrual cycle and ignited her passion to help other women to do the same.
With an ever-growing interest in women’s wellness and healing, she specialises in Fertility, Pregnancy, Women’s Health, Trauma Release and Womb Healing. Through her practice she has seen many positive changes within women – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Over the years she has studied in depth and expanded her knowledge in nutrition, infertility & pathologies, women’s health, menstruation, ART, mind & body connection, spirituality, healing, ancestral trauma, archetypes, trauma release, the inner seasons & energy.
A wonderful element of Sara’s work, and one of her most fulfilling roles is supporting women on their journey to conception. She has had many beautiful successes and has found a great sense of purpose in helping each woman with their own unique story.
Sara has a beautifully balanced and grounded approach to healing; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. She values connection and creates a safe space for women to experience true embodiment.
As an associate instructor and mentor, Sara is deeply passionate about sharing this wisdom while supporting, guiding and training other practitioners throughout Ireland, including Northern Ireland.
